Each item is made to order, and minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — that’s part of what makes every piece unique.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once payment is received through our secure checkout.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods listed at checkout.
Prices are listed in ILS and may include or exclude tax depending on your location.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped from Israel.
Processing times vary based on product type and customization — typically between 3–10 business days before shipping.
Delivery times depend on destination and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our items are custom-made or personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
5. Custom Orders
We love creating custom designs!
All custom work must be confirmed via email or direct message before production.
Once approved and in progress, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
